There is no one way to start your journey at bodymechanics. Pilates is a nuanced practice, and is most effectively practiced one on one. If it’s possible, we recommend that you begin with our Intro to bodymechanics package of three private sessions. If you’re looking for a group class option you can try our Intro to Mat and Intro to Equipment packages.
Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form, register for a class or session or give us a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
-
All of our packages expire four months from the date of the first session or class used in the package.
-
For all private, duet and trio sessions we ask that you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your appointment, or you will be charged the full amount for your session.
For all Mat and Equipment classes we ask that you cancel within 3 hours of the start time of the class, or you will be charged for the class.
If you are an Unlimited Monthly Mat Class subscriber on auto-debit and you cancel within the 3 hour window, you will be charged the drop in rate for that class.
-
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. If you’d like to have a conversation, give us a call! We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
-
Please be advised that if you join the waitlist for a class, you are committing to attend that class if you make it off of the waitlist. The cut-off time for being added to the class from the waitlist is one hour before the start of class time. If someone cancels you will be automatically added to the class from the waitlist and will be sent an email notification that you are in the class.

Great question! Yes. We ask that if you would like to book a duet or trio session that you bring your partner with you. If you have a hard time booking the session online, please reach out via e-mail or phone, we’ll be happy to help assist you in scheduling. Please also note that all duet and trio pricing options are PER PERSON.
-
We ask that you make a three month commitment if you’re choosing our auto-debit option, you are free to cancel whenever you’d like after those three months are up. If you are only able to commit for one month, you can still get Unlimited Mat Classes for a single month.
-
Yes, you can! If you have a health savings account or a flexible spending account you can use both to pay for classes or sessions at bodymechanics.
-
Nope! We’ve got mats here for you to use that get wiped down after each use. However, if you particularly love your own mat, we would never stop you from using it!
